The Studio SE6 is a unique little space, nestled away in peaceful garden grounds, away from the hustle & bustle of Catford town centre.

The studio is owned and run by husband & wife team Sophie & Nick Tsavalos. When they first started their joint venture back in 2009, their aim was to create a warm, friendly and inviting space for future members to escape to, hit pause and just breathe.

Over a decade later and the The Studio SE6, has well established itself within the local community and beyond, thanks to the ever growing support and love received.

All regular Studio teachers have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience and have been chosen for their friendly and relaxed nature, ensuring members feel comfortable and welcome.

The studio is only open when classes are on and all classes must be pre booked. No walk in sessions are offered.
We are fully equipped with mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps. The studio space has both infrared heating and air conditioning as well as a fully matted floor to provide comfort.

The main studio space is open plan with a clean, minimilist design. Decorated with neutral colours, flooded with natural light by day & candles and fairy lights by night. The space evokes a sense of calm and peace to all who visit.
