Sophie Tsavalos - Studio Owner

Yoga & Pilates Teacher

Sophie completed a 500 hour Yoga teacher training program with Yoga professionals in 2009 and qualified as a BASI Pilates teacher in 2021. Before this she worked as a fitness instructor, so has been teaching movement in some capacity now for over 14 years. Sophie has also completed teacher training in Pre and post natal Yoga and continues to further her knowledge by regularly attending both Yoga and Pilates workshops and courses,

Sophie’s style of teaching is very relaxed and light hearted. She teaches both Hatha flow with emphasis on good alignment and breath and Pilates for mixed abilities. Sophie believes that there is nothing more rewarding than seeing students progress in their practice, gaining strength, balance and self awareness, aswell as hearing their stories of what Yoga and/or pilates has done for both their body and mind and how it has benefitted their lives.

Krista Wills

Hatha Flow & Restorative Yoga Teacher

Krista has been practicing yoga for over ten years and after a career break in 2008, decided to sign up for the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course which she enjoyed so much that she went on to join the Triyoga Teacher Training programme which she graduated from in 2013. Krista has also completed her Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher training with the renowned Judith Lasater.

Krista teaches monthly Friday Restorative Yoga classes here at the studio.

It is Krista’s intention to help students develop a practice that will benefit them in some of the ways it has benefited her both physically and mentally. Kristas ethos is that it doesn't matter how young, old, big or small you are, anyone can try Yoga and start reaping the rewards almost straight away.
