It is important that before you book a class/course at The Studio SE6, you have read, understood and agree to our terms and conditions of booking. If you have any questions, please contact us



Please note: Min age for all classes is 16 years old. ( anyone participating in classes aged 16-17yrs will need a parent/guardian to sign a waiver)

Classes are not suitable for pregnancy and may not be suitable for some health/medical conditions. If in doubt, please contact us for a chat.

All new class participants will be required to fill out a health questionnaire before attending their first class.



Booking A Space In A Class:

All studio classes are available to book as follows. Terms and conditions apply.

Block Booking:

Benefits include; Discounted class rates, priority booking for other studio classes, & early booking for following block.

  • Yoga classes are bookable in calendar month blocks (same weekly class)

  • Pilates classes are bookable as courses (same weekly class) that run alongside school term times.

Drop In Classes:

Drop in classes are only pre bookable upto 24hrs in advance by contacting us to check availability

Fees /Payment Terms: 

Block Bookings:

  • Payment for studio classes & courses is accepted by bank transfer (details upon booking) or cash.

  • Fees for block bookings are due on or by the first session of the relevant calendar month or course to secure the space.

  • Any cash payments must be paid directly to Sophie Tsavalos (studio owner) and not the studio instructor

  • Class fees are non refundable and non transferable from one calendar block/course to another.

Drop In Classes:

  • Payment for drop in classes is accepted by card (via online payment link) or via bank transfer beforehand (details upon booking)

Missed Sessions:

Block Bookings:

  • We do not offer refunds or transfer missed classes to another calendar month or course. This includes absence due to illness, late work hours, shifts, holidays etc .

  • In the event that a session is missed, and cancelled within the allotted cancellation period shown below, we will endeavour to offer an alternative class from the timetable, within the same calendar month or course dates. This will depend on availability, and can not be guaranteed. Please bear this in mind before making a booking.

  • If we are unable to offer an alternative session , any missed classes will be forfeited (non transferable and non refundable)

Drop In Classes:

  • Drop in classes/single sessions are valid for 2 weeks from day of purchase. In the event that the original booking is cancelled (within the allotted cancellation period shown below) a booking can be made for an alternative class that is within the 2 week allotted time frame. After 2 weeks from date of purchase the session will be forfeited ( non refundable or transferable)


Cancellations:

All regular studio classes have a 3 hour cancellation policy. See below for events and workshop cancellations.

Block Bookings:

  • Contact Sophie by phone, email or text to cancel your class.

  • If a class is cancelled before the 3 hour cut off, we will endeavour to offer an alternative session (catch up class) within the same calendar month. This will depend on availability and can not be guaranteed. Please bear this in mind before making your booking.

  • If we are unable to offer an alternative class, the session will be forfeited (non refundable or transferrable to another calendar block or course)

  • Late cancellation (after the 3 hour cut off policy) will count as the class having been used and an alternative class will not be offered.


Drop In Classes (excluding events and workshops):

  • Drop in class passes are to be used within 2 weeks of purchase. After this time the class pass will expire and is non refundable or transferable.

  • Minimum cancellation notice required: 3 hours prior to class start time.

  • To cancel your class contact Sophie by phone, email or text.

  • If a class is cancelled before the 3 hour cut off, a booking can be made for an alternative class within the allotted 2 week time frame from purchase. After this time the class will be forfeited (non transferrable and non refundable)

  • Late cancellation (after the 3 hour cut off policy) will count as the class having been used and payment is non transferrable or refundable.


Events, Workshops (excluding day or weekend retreats) & Private sessions

Events @ The Studio SE6, workshops & private sessions have a 24hr cancellation policy

  • To cancel your booking/s for an event, workshop or private session contact Sophie by phone, email or text.

  • If a booking is cancelled before the 24 hour cut off period, a full refund or credit will be issued. After this time the booking is non refundable or transferable.

  • Late cancellation (after the 24 hour cut off policy) payment is non transferable or refundable.

Retreats (Day & Weekend)

All day & weekend Yoga retreats are non refundable or transferable.

Late Arrivals:

Access will not be permitted for late arrivals. We have a strict late arrivals policy.

The studio does not have a manned reception, therefore the class teacher will switch the studio entry system off at the start of the class, in order for the class to start in a timely manner and without disruption. This also ensures all participants take part in the warm up phase of the class for their own safety

Late arrival will result in the class being forfeited - non refundable or transferable

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers issued by The Studio SE6 can not be exchanged for money & must be used by the expiry date shown on the voucher. After this time the voucher is no longer redeemable.

Gift vouchers for Yoga or Pilates classes can not be used for events/workshops or retreats. Please contact us if you would like to purchase a gift voucher for one of the above.

Please see the relevant sections above for cancellation policies. Note that any re bookings due to cancellation can not be made outside of the voucher expiry date.
